  • Local & National Points

National Membership is required before entering a sanctioned Little Britches rodeo in order to receive national points toward qualifying for the National Finals. Additionally, MSLBRA Membership is required to earn MSLBRA points to be eligible for year-end awards. Membership application must be submitted and paid online before entering rodeo in order to receive that rodeos points.

  • Stock Draw

Each contestant is required to participate in at least fifteen (15) MSLBRA rodeos per event to qualify for year-end awards! The NLBRA point system will be used for association points.

  • Arrival Update

Contestants/Parents can not arrive at the Rankin County Multi-Purpose Facility before 3PM on Friday afternoon. Do not stop, park, or unload your trailer in the fire lane next to the stall barn! The Sheriff Department will be patrolling and issuing tickets. For those using generators, early arrivals should park near the rear of Lot B. This will allow easy parking for late arrivals closer to the entrance.

The contestants name will be provided on the Judges sheets. Arena Judges will be responsible for checking workers in. If member fails to work assigned event posted, the Judge will mark it on the Judge’s sheet and the member will owe a $100 fine, they will not earn their state points for that rodeo, and they cannot enter another MSLBRA rodeo until fine is paid. If member does not work ALL required number of events, member will be fined $1,000 and will not qualify for year-end awards until paid. If you are working inside the arena, you MUST be in western attire.
